That answer depends on you and your personal goals. I offer short-term, long-term or ongoing service based on your situation and needs. I find therapeutic support to be most effective when occurring on a regular basis (i.e. weekly or bi-weekly).
Each session lasts for 1 hour.
I don't think I have experiences of trauma or abuse, can you still help me?

I have broad mental health training focused on emotions, thoughts, behaviours and interpersonal relationships, among others. Please contact me to discuss your situation and goals for therapy.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, I provide one free 15-minute phone consultation prior to beginning service to help determine if we are a good fit to work together. Please contact me to schedule a consultation.
